Dan Walker, Director, Little Caesar Enterprises National Training will discuss customer service strategy.
Finally, we’ll walk a few doors down to The Fox Office Centre where Ilitch Holdings Historian Sharon Arend will provide a fascinating and informative archive presentation including information about Little Caesars, The Fox Theater, The Detroit Tigers and more.
This will be followed by a brief tour of The Fox Theatre.
