We are part of a 25-year-old international network of professionals devoted to consumer
affairs and satisfaction issues.
In fact, the Great Lakes Chapter was the first... beginning with the automotive
industry... an industry that has always been devoted to consumer issues.
Members include those involved with consumer affairs, customer service, customer
relationship management, inbound call centers, market research, information systems
integration, sales and marketing, database management, new business and operations.
We have monthly, educational meetings where we call on local professionals involved
with the industry to share their insights. These are supplemented by national conventions
including all SOCAP chapters internationally.
